Marketplace Seller Terms & Commission Policy

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a seller on the Clicks to Cart Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Seller Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your listings, transactions, fulfillment, and behavior on the Platform.

2. Seller Qualifications & Accuracy of Information

You verify that all business registration info, licenses, bank details, and contact details submitted are accurate and complete. If selling food products, you must upload and maintain valid food handler certificates/permits matching Canadian local and provincial regulatory requirements.

3. Pricing, Commissions & Fees

You agree to pay the standard marketplace commission fees on all successful orders routed through the platform. Payouts are made periodically following billing cycles, minus applicable commissions, platform fees, refunds, and adjustments.

4. Product Listing & Intellectual Property

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings. You must not list prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Descriptions, stock status, and product images must represent the physical items honestly.

5. Shipping, Returns & Customer Support

You agree to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Customer returns, complaints, and replacement requests must be resolved promptly and professionally, adhering to the platform's user satisfaction guidelines.
